JIN by ESACT is committed to protecting your privacy.

If the services provided by JIN by ESACT requires you to open an account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the registration form. You also will choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify JIN by ESACT immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. JIN by ESACT will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by JIN by ESACT or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

You may close your account yourself at anytime. By closing your account, all the information you have provided will be removed from the web site. This information will be kept in our databases for statistical studies and any personal information such as contact details (name, e-mail, address, telephone and fax information) will not be published on any media without permission.

The data provided on this website by individual members or participating institutions is never shared with a third party.
Emails you have provided are never published on the JIN by ESACT web site and are therefore protected from being copied by third parties: our services are built in a way that all contacts between individuals and institutions are established through web forms.
When you post a resume you will have the choice to hide your personal details (name, e-mail, address, telephone and fax information), which will not be available on the web site.

We will use your contact details to provide any services requested by you and also to inform you about changes to the site and its functionality.
Occasionnally, we might contact you for surveys allowing us to improve our services.

Data stored in our database is accessible only to the webmaster and administrator of the system.
