| Description |
Function / responsibilities:
• Manage a project to develop cell culture-based processes including viral production in the department of Cell Culture Development.
• Be expert in the field
• Lead the team of scientist and lab technicians allocated the project
• Follow-up of laboratory activities
• People development
• Review and follow-up the existing literature dedicated to cell culture technology within vaccinology.
• Act as Technical Group Head for cell culture technologies including IP follow-up and coordination of cell culture technology objectives with the whole Cell Culture Development group.
• Interact with scientists inside R&D and within other departments. Represent cell culture development in meetings including project team meetings or technology forum.
