RESPONSIBILITIES
Your principle role will consist of designing, planning and performing CHO cell culture bioreactor experiments of recombinant proteins:
- Preparation, performance and interpretation of results for classical bioreactors and Single Use Systems
- Participation in technology transfers between the R&D and manufacturing departments
- Scale up and process characterisation
- Perform relevant analytical assays to assess bioreactor performance
- Technical documentation writing
- Reporting and presenting to project teams and management
